B. Description of Organization, Exhibit or Product Materials:
Please describe below the primary mission of your organization, the nature of the exhibit or product and types of literature and/or media to be exhibited or provided as handouts. (Please attach additional information (if available) and list of titles of books or materials to be exhibited.) In the past, events like this attracted 500 to 1,000 people. Please bring sufficient easels/stands, promotional materials, literature, brochures, handouts, samples, giveaways to accommodate that number.
C. The participating organization will provide the following to the Alvin Sherman Library, Research, and Information Technology Center:
  • Copy of their LOGO for marketing purposes
  • Literature, handouts and, if possible, giveaway items (enough for 500 to 1,000 people)
  • Staffing of a minimum of one, preferably two, persons per assigned room for the entire day of Saturday, April 10, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Lecture or product demonstration for the Breakout Sessions running from 2:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
  • Description of lecture or product demonstration and brief BIO of the speaker

Placement at the fair will be assigned by the Alvin Sherman Library staff. Location may be in the library's atrium, the Public Library Services area, on within the computer labs and conferences rooms on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors.

D. The Alvin Sherman Library, Research, Information Technology Center will provide:
  • A teaching lab consisting of 20 - 35 student computers, a digital teaching lectern with a teacher's computer with USB connections, Internet connection, projector, screen and Power Point software
  • Event marketing and publicity

I am aware that the Alvin Sherman Library, Research, and Information Technology Center ("Library") serves a public of all ages and backgrounds who may view this exhibit. I understand that the Library and Nova Southeastern University, Inc. are not responsible for damage or loss to any items in the exhibit. I will be responsible for setting up my display and materials in my assigned room space on Saturday, April 10, 2010 by 8:00 am and for removing same on Saturday, April 10, 2010. If the Library must dismantle an exhibit or remove materials it is not responsible for any damages or loss and the exhibitor will be billed for staff time.
