What is it?
Ask A Librarian is a service that allows researchers to electronically
ask questions they might ask at the reference desk. It is best used
for brief, factual questions. Questions that require extensive research,
consultation and/or instruction are best answered through an individual
consultation in person or on the phone. Please see Library
Training for additional information and/or to schedule an individual
appointment.
Who can use this service?
This service is intended primarily for NSU students, faculty and staff,
and Broward County (FL) residents. We are happy to answer inquiries
from the general public concerning the library's collections, resources
and services.
When will I receive an answer?
A response will usually be sent within 24 hours, except on weekends
and holidays when additional time may be required.
