The Institute for Child Health Policy is pleased to see your interest in volunteering for the 8th Annual Fore the Kids: Saving Lives Golf Charity. All volunteers will receive lunches, T-shirts, and volunteer credit for the hours they participate. All of us here at the Institute for Child Health Policy applaud you for your desire to make a difference in our community and look forward to seeing you at our events.

Events

8th Annual Fore the Kids: Saving Lives Golf Charity

• Location: Fort Lauderdale Country Club
• Date: May 4, 2012
• Time(s): 8:30am – 1:30pm; 12:30pm – 6:30pm
• Duties: Organize Event materials, Direct attendees, Sign-in, and Clean up
• Dress Code: Khaki shorts or skirts (No mini-skirts) with sneakers. Event is Outdoors, so bring a non-logo hat or visor. Event T-shirts will be provided.
