2014 ICAO Regional Aviation Safety Group – Pan America (RASG-PA) Aviation Safety Seminar
Presented by ICAO Regional Aviation Safety Group - PanAmerica (RASG-PA) and Nova Southeastern University with collaboration from NATCA, Flight Safety Foundation, ALTA, IATA, and American Flyers.
In the last century, advancements in aviation have led to a dramatic improvement of safety on an aircraft systems, speeds, and maneuvering capabilities. Cooperation is also a consistent goal and recognized strength of the aviation community. To keep pace with expansion and progress in the region, ICAO Regional Aviation Safety Group – Pan America (RASG-PA) and Nova Southeastern University are welcoming aviation professionals of all levels to participate in the RASG-PA Second Aviation Safety Seminar 2014. The event will be focus on the development and implementation of safety enhancement initiatives to mitigate the main areas of risk such as Runway Excursion (RE), Controlled Flight Into Terrain (CFIT), Loss of Control In-flight (LOC-I) and Mid Air Collisions (MAC) in the Pan American Region.
