Help Baudhuin Students
The teachers and staff of the Baudhuin Preschool are devoted to helping each student maximize their developmental potential. Please help ensure that all future Baudhuin students can continue to receive the best experience and opportunities possible. The Baudhuin Preschool at NSU's Mailman Segal Center for Human Development relies heavily on grants and private and corporate donations to operate its internationally recognized early intervention and support programs for children and families affected by autism spectrum disorders.
I would like to make a secure donation online to help the children of the Baudhuin Preschool.
Here’s how my support can help:
| Amount | Description |
|---|---|
| $10,000 | Can provide technology upgrades to enhance the general education curriculum for children with autism at the Baudhuin Preschool |
| $5,000 | Can provide new recreational equipment to enhance sensory integration and other therapeutic goals |
| $2,500 | Can underwrite support groups for Baudhuin Preschool families for one year |
| $1,000 | Can provide a comprehensive evaluation for the diagnosis and assessment of autism and related disorders for a child at MSI’s Unicorn Children’s Foundation Clinic |
| $500 | Can provide professional development training to staff |
| $250 | Can provide vital children’s assessment tools and therapy resources |
| $100 | Can provide arts & crafts supplies for a Baudhuin classroom |
| $50 | Can provide instruments for children’s musical therapy |
| $25 | Can provide new children’s puzzles and books |
Donors making a contribution of $1,000 or above will be recognized with permanent signage in designated area with acknowledgment of their generosity.
There are a number of others ways for you to get involved:
- Nominate the Baudhuin Preschool as the charity beneficiary of an event run by your company or community group
- Get your co-workers involved in a regular salary deduction program or special event (i.e. “Jeans Day”)
- Plan a "Party with a Purpose" fundraiser with friends or colleagues, naming the Baudhuin Preschool as the beneficiary
- Talk to our Development Officer about the Corporate Sponsorship Program, as well as other giving opportunities
For more information on how you or your company can get involved, please contact our Associate Director of Development, Wynne Avellanet at 954-262-7162 or email wynnea@nova.edu
Hosting a party has countless rewards, but none can compare to the special feeling you'll get from having an event that helps children and families. A Party with a Purpose is a great way to get friends and family together for a fun time to support a great cause!
