ARL Academic Law and Health Sciences Library Statistics
Association of Research Libraries provides access online to its series
of reports on collections, expenditures, staffing and users services in
the law and medical libraries of ARL university institutions. Reports for
1977-78 to 1999-2000 are available in machine readable data presented in
two formats: ASCII and Lotus 1-2-3. The 1999-2000 and 1998-99 reports are
also available as PDF files.

The new Library, Research, and Information
Technology Center combines a public library, an academic library,
auditorium, classrooms, and computer labs in one building. On the
first floor are the children's and young adult collections, popular
fiction, magazines, newspapers, databases, videotapes, music
cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and audiobooks. On the upper floors are
scholarly books, journals, databases, and microforms. The entire
library is open to all users.
Oceanographic
Library
Located at the NSU Oceanographic Center in Ft.
Lauderdale, Florida, the William S. Richardson Library serves
primarily students and faculty in the Oceanography programs.
Particular strengths are in the disciplines of marine and aquatic
sciences.
Serials
Holding - Electronic Library Lists (SHELLS)
SHELLS is a collaborative project of three of Florida's
six multi-type library cooperatives. These groups represent
the libraries of 32 Florida counties. SHELLS particular
focus is on serials titles (and specific holdings) which are
owned by libraries in the region.
Shepard
Broad Law Library
Located at the main campus in Davie, Florida, the
Law Library serves primarily students and faculty in NSU Shepard
Broad Law Center programs, and practitioners. Particular
strengths include taxation, international law, criminal law,
jurisprudence, admiralty, and trial practice materials. The
library is a depository for United Nations materials, and state and
federal documents.
WebLuis
WebLuis provides access to State
university library catalogs in Florida. Universities
include: University of Florida, Florida Atlantic University,
Florida State University, Florida International University,
University of South Florida, and University of Central
Florida.
