WebSTAR Personal Options

Change Your PIN / Password

If you know your PIN and would like to change it, you can do so through the Personal Information section of WebSTAR.

1. Once you login to WebSTAR you will see the general menu. Click on Personal Information.You will see the following menu:
   

2. Click on Change PIN.
   

   • In the first field, you will enter your existing PIN - the PIN you logged in to WebSTAR with.

   • In the second and third fields you will enter the new PIN.

   • Please be advised: PINs can only be eight characters in length. If you enter any more than eight characters, the system will only take the first eight.

3. Click Change PIN. You will be brought back to the Personal menu and will see a confirmation of the change (shown below):
