How to View Your Course Schedule
Through WebSTAR, you can view a schedule of the courses you are registered as the primary instructor for. To do so, please follow the instructions below:
Once you login to WebSTAR, you will see the general menu. Click on Faculty & Advisors. You will see the following menu:
Click Term Selection. Select the term from the drop down menu, then click Submit.
You will be brought back to the Faculty & Advisors menu. Click Faculty Detail Schedule. You will see something like the example shown below:
To add a syllabus for this particular course, click Add next to "Syllabus." You will see the following:
Once you are done, click Submit to save your changes, or Reset to clear the form.
To view your class list for this particular course, you can click Classlist next to "Roster." You will see the following:
To view course information, click the title or CRN under the "Course Information" heading.
To view student information, click the student's name under "Summary Class List."
To enter grades, click the Enter link under Midterm or Final (whichever is applicable).
To email this student, click the email icon to the very right of the student's record.

To add office hours to your class information, click Add next to "Office Hours" in your Faculty Detail Schedule page. You will see the following:
Once you are done, click Submit to save your changes or Reset to clear the form.
