What is the VPN and who needs it?
Some students, staff and faculty may want to set up their personal computer(s) to access the NSU network. By using the VPN (Virtual Private Network), you create a secure connection from your outside internet service to NSU's network and gain the ability to access resources that are only available when connected to NSU.
Important Information:
If you are using NSU as your internet service provider, you do not need to download the VPN.
* If you are on campus and connected by wireless, dial-up or ethernet you do not need to connect to the VPN. The connection will not work once you are already connected to the NSU network.
