- Click on the
button. Go to All Programs, Accessories, Communications and click on New Connection Wizard.

- Click on Next.

- Select the choice Connect to the Internet and click on Next.

- Select Set up my connection manually. Click on Next.

- Select Connect Using a dial-up modem. Click on Next.

- The next screen will ask you which ISP you intend to use. Type NSU. Click on Next.

- The next screen will ask you for the phone number you are planning to dial. Type in 452-3300. Click on Next.

- Enter your NSU email name next to User name. Enter your password in the Password field and next to Confirm password. Click on Next.

- The next screen will confirm your new connection to the NSU server. It is recommended that you put a check in the Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop.

- Click on Finish.
- Double-click on the NSU connection on your desktop.

- Click on Properties.
- Put a check next to Use dialing rules. Enter 954 under Area code. (See the example below).

- Click on Dialing Rules.

- Click on Edit. Click on the tab labeled Area Code Rules.

- Click on New. Enter 954 next to Area code and put a check next to Include the area code as shown below.

- Click on OK. You will see the new rule in this window.

- Click on Apply. Click on OK. In this window at the very bottom you will see Phone number will be dialed as. Make sure it reads 954 4523300.

- Click on Apply. Click on OK.
