The Help Desk provides assistance to faculty from accessing University-wide systems, NSU email, online learning systems support and troubleshooting, wireless access, to providing helpful information regarding computer viruses and spam. Account InformationYour faculty account is created automatically once you have been entered in NSU's Banner System as an employee. Your account name is used for accessing your NSU Email, SharkLink, WebCT, Blackboard, Wireless device setup, and various access to other NSU Web applications.

WebSTAR for FacultyAs a faculty member, you can use WebSTAR to view your class roster(s) online, enter final grades, view your courses, view employee pay information, time-off balances, and tax information. |
