Online Course Evaluation Instructions

  1. Go to www.nova.edu/online_evaluations. At the very bottom of the page, you will see the following:

  2. Next to username, make sure to enter your NSU email name (not NSU email address). Please be sure to use all lowercase letters.
  3. Next to password, make sure to enter your NSU email password, being sure to use all lowercase leters.
  4. Click the link at the bottom " click here to access the online evaluation forms." You will be brought to a page that looks like the following:

  5. Note the Course column:
    • If the course status says " Open" then you can click the course name and evaluate the course.
    • If the course status says " Closed" then you are no longer able to evaluate it. The Help Desk, nor the instructor, can reopen the evaluation to you.
  6. At the very bottom of the evaluation are two buttons:
    Submit and Reset Evaluation Buttons

    Be sure to click Submit your Evaluation to save and submit your evaluation. To clear all responses, click Reset the Evaluation.
  7. You will be returned back to the menu.
