Conflict can divide families, cost organizations time and money, and interrupt the ability of students to learn. Approached with skill and knowledge, however, conflict can lead to creative solutions, productive changes, and improved relationships.
Who We Help
We offer professional mediation and facilitation services, as well as training, workshops, and conflict coaching, for individuals, families, groups, and organizations throughout South Florida.
We also provide faculty and professional staff for consultation, presentations, and special projects.
