Child and Adolescent Traumatic Stress Program

We provide psychological trauma assessment, evaluation, and therapy for children and their families living in the Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Palm Beach areas. Services are available to children, adolescents, and young adults regardless of race, color, sex, age, non-disqualifying disability, religion or creed, or national origin.

Who We Help

Nova Southeastern University's Child and Adolescent Traumatic Stress Program provides specialized psychological services to children and adolescents (ages 3–18) who are experiencing post-trauma symptoms to help them gain greater satisfaction in their lives. The families of these traumatized children may also obtain therapy and other forms of assistance to help them at home.
