Medical Care

Geriatrics

What We Do

We focus on the medical care of older adults (usually over age 55, but sometimes younger) with complex or multiple medical problems, who may also be experiencing psychological and social problems, and a decline in functional ability to care for themselves. We usually work in collaboration with other health care disciplines to screen and diagnose physical and psychosocial impairments, and functional disabilities in frail older people.
