NSU Senior Services Team
The Senior Services Team is comprised of all the health care disciplines represented in this brochure. The team meets regularly to share ideas, identify seniors’ needs, and create innovative new services. The result is a holistic approach to aging health care that addresses all aspects of well-being—physical, mental, and relationship health.
The Senior Services Team will help you prevent and manage conditions such as diabetes, osteoporosis, and glaucoma, and will help you cope with the impact of medical conditions on your lifestyle, emotions, and relationships. Regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, or religion, you will get the time and attention you deserve for your overall health and well-being. You will notice right away that our approach is more comprehensive and less hurried than what is traditionally offered elsewhere.
Please take a moment to review the list of services provided by our Senior Services Team. It would be our pleasure to become your single source for all your health care needs.
