Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping staff work morning and night cleaning, vacuuming, and clearing away waste and recyclable materials from each individual's work environment.
Grounds
Grounds personnel continuously maintain the well-groomed NSU properties, including athletic fields, tree trimming, plantings, parking areas and walkways.
Campus Services
The Campus Services crew assists in the coordination of all events and moves for the departments throughout NSU. This includes tent reservations, set-ups and rental of party equipment. Other areas included are receiving materials, inventory and warehousing.
General Maintenance
Maintenance personnel are responsible for all emergency call outs, the preventive maintenance work orders and repair work orders such as roof leaks, plumbing problems, and furniture repair.
Fleet Services
Our Fleet Services maintains and repairs all NSU's vehicles. This includes physical plant vans, trucks, Public Safety vehicles and executive leased cars. This department is also responsible for scheduling and cleaning of all vehicles.
Shuttle Services
Our Shuttle Services maintain the transportation route approved by Facilities Management. Operating Hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. M-F. Current route to include UPP and SCIS.
