Insurance Policy
The following information can be used by any group that does not have insurance and desires to hold an event on NSU property. If you do have insurance, you will need to add Nova as a policy holder.
- First time users MUST first REGISTER at the below website:
- After registration, you will be returned to the login/welcome screen. At this screen, you will key in your EMAIL address and the PASSWORD created at registration. Then you must check the “Agree to Terms of Use” box to continue.
- The next screen has a field to enter the PASS CODE:
- Institution-Pass Code/User Access Code is 31301314

After the insurance is purchased, you will need to fax it along with the signed contract and rules and regulation sheet.
Please be advised, if you do not send an insurance policy, we cannot let you use our facility.
