The mission of the Office of Facilities Management is to help assure a quality campus life for students, faculty, and staff of Nova Southeastern University.
Services include maintenance and cleaning of all facilities on and off campus; campus beautification; campus safety/security; parking and transportation; space allocation and recycling of furniture. The Office is also responsible for construction of all new facilities and renovation of all current facilities.
Physical Plant
General maintenance, HVAC, campus services, fleet management, shuttle service, custodial, grounds, energy management, and special projects.
Public Safety
Operating three shifts on a 24-hour basis year round.

Transportation at NSU
All NSU students, faculty, visitors and staff can ride the shuttle fare-free. (For security, when boarding from off-campus locations please present NSU-Card ID to driver)
