"As the graduate assistant for multicultural affairs, I have the opportunity to create educational, social, and experiential programs for every NSU student with the complete support of the Division of Student Affairs. I think the big difference between being a graduate assistant at NSU and other schools is that a lot of the GA positions offered at NSU allow us the autonomy to run our own programming areas. The division is also extremely supportive when it comes to professional development and allowing us to create our own experience."
