Online Application for Degree/Diploma
- Important Instructions:
- Take a moment to review your online transcript (i.e., degree, major, grades, etc.) in WebSTAR. Should you find any discrepancies, notify us immediately by sending an email to NSU Registrar.
- If your address changes after you have applied for your degree, you must update your address on WebSTAR, and then email Coordinator of Degree Conferrals and Diplomas Shawn Martin to request your diploma be mailed to your new address. Updating WebSTAR alone does not automatically update your diploma mailing address. Not providing a correct address will cause a delay in receiving your diploma and could result in an additional fee.
- Review your account to ensure there are no holds and/or outstanding balances.
- The last step in the process is to remit payment. Once you complete the information on the Degree Application Request form and press Submit, you will be given a link to go to for payment. No degree will be released until payment is received and all financial obligations have been met. Please make note of the fee associated with your degree program below:

Each application for degree is assessed a fee based upon the program of study.
