Medical School Professor Named One of Broward County’s Most Accomplished Professionals Under 40

Robert Hasty, D.O., FACOI, assistant professor of internal medicine at NSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, was named earlier this month as a member of Gold Coast Magazine’s first-ever list of “The 40 Under 40.” The list honors Broward County’s leading professionals who are under 40 years old.

The 40 Under 40 highlights leading young professionals in industries such as government, medicine, media, nonprofit, law, finance, and community development, according to the magazine. Each of the 40 individuals on this list have exhibited significant strides and contributions in their fields and Broward County as a whole, according to the magazine. The list will appear in the magazine’s November edition.

"I am thrilled to be featured in "The 40 under 40" article in the Gold Coast Magazine,” Hasty said. “As an alumnus and faculty member of Nova Southeastern University, I am grateful of the skills and expertise that I am empowered with by NSU on a daily basis. I am honored to be one of the successful young professionals featured in the article for my service to our community and beyond."
