Call Center’s October Employee of the Month
Simone Campbell, a customer service specialist at NSU’s Call Center at the Health Professions Division, was named the Call Center’s October employee of the month. Campbell was recognized for having an average of 94 percent productivity and 96 percent on quality monitoring in September. Her willingness to do what is needed for the team is a valued trait. In addition, she had perfect attendance throughout September. She has been recognized center-wide, and has been added to the center’s yearly employee of the month plaque. She also received a privileged front parking space at the office dedicated to the employee of the month. Congratulations to Simone Campbell!
