Join us for Caribbean Night at the Faculty Shark Club Oct. 29

On Oct. 29 from 4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m., the Faculty Shark Club is excited to be hosting Caribbean night. Come and celebrate with the enticing tropical sounds of a live steel pannist. Learn how to play steel drums from a pro, dance the night away, or simply relax and savor a “Taste of the Islands” with a menu that includes: Conch Fritters, Papaya Avocado Salad, Tamarind Guava Glazed Ribs, Grouper Steamed in Banana Leaves with Mango Chutney, Jerk Spiced Chicken Brochettes and Rum Flamed Bananas with Vanilla Ice Cream and Toasted Coconut.
