Families Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at NSU Library’s Fun-Filled Fiesta

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library, Research, and Information Technology Center recently hosted a free family-friendly fiesta on Oct. 10.
The afternoon’s festivities included:

  • A meet and greet with a favorite Explorer-Gal
  • Authentic music by Mariachi Pancho Villa.
  • The storytelling performance of Pura Belpré Award-winning author Lucia Gonzalez.
