Law Center Moot Court Teams Brings Home Trophies from Competition

Two moot court teams from NSU's Shepard Broad Law Center each claimed runner-up finishes at the annual APALSA Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition in Miami. In a competition featuring 12 teams from five different states, the NSU Law teams brought home two trophies and qualified for the national competition in Boston.

The team of Danielle Dudai and Rebecca McClurg won runner-up Best Brief among 14 team briefs.

The team of Dena Sacharow and Mick Jacobsen, after competing in two preliminary rounds, were one of four teams to advance to the semifinals. They won their semifinal round and went on to the final round, where they finished as runner-pp Best Oralists for the Southern Region.
