Business School Dean Attends "Hollywood Welcomes the Stars"

Michael Fields, Ph.D., dean of the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, recently attended the 17th Annual Boys and Girls Club "Hollywood Welcomes the Stars" event. The Huizenga School supported the event, which benefited The Marti Huizenga Unit at the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County. The Club provides programs for children aged 7-18, giving the community's youth a safe and positive environment to learn and grow.

Many celebrities attended the star-studded event, including John Ratzenberger (Cheers), Davy Jones (member of The Monkees), Dennis Cole (Charlie’s Angels, The Love Boat), Dawn Wells (Gilligan’s Island) and athletes such as former Miami Dolphins players Jeff Cross, Shawn Wooden, and Troy Drayton.
