Alvin Sherman Library to Host Teen Expressions Café Open Mic Night

NSU's Alvin Sherman Library, Research and Information Technology Center is celebrating creative self expression by hosting a Teen Expressions Café Open Mic Night on Wed. July 29 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

The night is open to ages 12-18. All types of expression are welcome, including acoustic performances, poetry, stand-up comedy, singing and more.

If you would like to perform, please keep in mind:

• Performers need to pre-register by calling 954-262-5477
• Performances will be chosen at random
• Bring your own instruments / equipment
• No profanity or offensive behavior

Coffeehouse snacks will be provided. Audience members should not pre-register.
