Five Complete Franchise Mini MBA™ Series
The International Institute for Franchise Education (IIFE) in the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship awarded five participants with certificates of completion for the Franchise Mini MBA™ series. The five participants were also inducted into the Franchise Mini MBA™ Club. Included in this group was IIFE Associate Director Janet Goldstein, as well as senior leaders from franchise systems in the U.S. and Brazil. The Franchise Mini MBA™ is a series of three three-day learning programs designed to help franchise leaders develop and enhance their capacity to take on 21st century franchise challenges. Through interactive exercises, participants learn new problem-solving methods to position their systems for growth in the marketplace. Topics include innovation and creativity, strategic leadership concepts, how to conduct a strategic assessment, how to recruit franchisees in today’s economy, international franchising, and an overview of current legal hot topics.
