Lovewell Festival Begins Friday, June 26 This summer, as a part of the Lovewell Institute for the Creative Arts based at NSU, an impressive array of pre-teens and teenagers from around the country have been working passionately to change the world by writing, composing, and choreographing original theatrical productions – the culmination of an intensive creative arts workshop series. The Lovewell program pairs preteens and teens with professional artists and graduate students to provide a forum for collaboration amongst peers and mentors. NSU’s Fischler School of Education and Human Services Interdisciplinary Arts graduate students participating in the summer programs include: Jamie Day, Danny Swerdlow, Tobi Sarah Nagy and Patricia Cabal. The Lovewell Institute will premier this year’s original musical theater productions during its Festival of New Works at NSU, June 26 through July 31:
