Law Center Associate Dean Publishes Chapters on Federal Tax Research

Gail Levin Richmond, associate dean of academic affairs and professor of law at the Shepard Broad Law Center, has chapters published in two recently released books.

Richmond’s chapter titled “Federal Tax Research” is included in the ninth edition of Fundamental of Legal Research by Steven Barkan, Roy Mersky and Donald Dunn (Foundation Press 2009).  She had another chapter, also titled “Federal Tax Research,” published in Effectively Representing Your Client Before the IRS (ABA Section of Taxation 2009).
