Free CPR Training Day

Nova Southeastern University’s annual Family and Friends CPR training day will be held in the Health Professions Division on Saturday, May 9, from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. with sessions starting every hour. Experts will train participants in cardiopulmonary resuscitation during this event, which is sponsored by the American Heart Association. 

This training will teach the public how to perform CPR on adults and infants. Participants will receive a booklet about basic CPR and life-saving techniques to perform on choking victims. They will also receive a card from the American Heart Association indicating they have participated in the training.
