Celebration of Kente Cloth

A free event celebrating the beauty and significance of the Kente cloth will be held on May 8 from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Steele Auditorium in the Terry Building at the Health Professions Division.

“Celebrating Kente” will feature authentic Kente cloth from Ghana and a presentation on the fabrics and fashions, a Kente loom display, and African music and dancers.
