Paul Hersey to Give Free Executive Briefing on Situational Leadership® – May 12

NSU’s H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship invites the NSU community to join Paul “Doc” Hersey at a free workshop where he will outline the principles of his popular leadership model, Situational Leadership®. Doc Hersey is an internationally renowned behavioral scientist and founder of The Center for Leadership Studies.

The workshop is being held Monday, May 12, from 8:30 – 10 a.m. in the Carl DeSantis Building. Registration and a continental breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m.

Situational Leadership® outlines strategic methods that will help you increase overall performance within your organization. A thorough understanding of the leadership model will help you become more successful in adapting your leadership style to various types of personalities and situations. You will leave with the tools necessary to implement these methods into your everyday interactions.
