Paper by GSCIS Doctorate Student to Make Debut at WORLDCOMP ‘08

Mehrdad S. Sharbaf, a Ph.D. student in the information systems program at the Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences, had his research paper "Exploration of Quantum Cryptography in Network Security: The Case Study of The DARPA Quantum Cryptography Network" accepted by the 2008 International Conference on Security and Management (SAM'08). The conference will be held July 14-17th in Las Vegas.

The 2008 World Congress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Applied Computing (WORLDCOMP'08) is the site for SAM'08. WORLDCOMP'08 is the largest annual gathering of researchers in computer science, computer engineering and applied computing. It assembles a spectrum of affiliated research conferences, workshops, and symposiums into a coordinated research meeting held in a common place at a common time. This model facilitates communication among researchers in different fields of computer science and computer engineering.
