Fischler School Holds NovaEduc@ Conference

The Office of International Affairs of the NSU-Fischler School of Education and Human Services (NSU-FSEHS) held its third annual Nova Educ@ Conference, titled: NovaEduc@ 2008 “Beyond the Classroom: New Learning Environments.”

Ninety-five distance education professionals from over 15 countries in Latin America and Spain participated in this year’s event to share their knowledge and professional experience in the fields of technology and distance education.

NovaEduc@ is conducted entirely in Spanish. It provides Spanish-speaking professionals with an opportunity to network and share their expertise in their native language while attending an event on an NSU campus.

NSU-FSESE conducts several degree programs in Spanish in Latin America, and continues to expand its international programs in Latin America and in other countries in the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. This conference is a wonderful opportunity for the university to show the quality and scope of its programs and infrastructure to the Latin American and European markets.
