Dental Student Accepted to NIDCR Internship Program

Michelle R. Mathieson, a second-year NSU dental student, was selected from hundreds of applicants to participate in the National Institutes of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) summer internship program held at the NIDCR campus in Bethesda, Md. Mathieson will work on a research project in the area of Sjogren's syndrome under the mentorship of Dr. Gabor Illei.

This is the fourth consecutive year that a NSU dental student that has been selected to participate in the NIDCR summer internship program.
