Fischler School Partners with The Gallup Organization

A new partnership between NSU’s Fischler School of Education and Human Services and The Gallup Organization will present new opportunities for professional development to administrators of schools and non-profits, community leaders, and professionals working in the public sector. 

The agreement allows the university to combine it’s expertise in distance education and cutting-edge technology with the depth and breadth of Gallup’s research and approaches to leadership development.

The arrangement will ultimately result in new opportunities for graduate students which focus on results-driven performance by building the capacity of individuals, teams, organizations, and the global community. Designed to be delivered online, these opportunities will be accessible to anyone anywhere in the world.

The Gallup Organization has studied human nature and behavior for more than 70 years. Gallup performance management systems help organizations boost organic growth by increasing customer engagement and maximizing employee productivity through measurement tools, coursework, and strategic advisory services.
