Fischler School’s Phi Gamma Sigma Holds Induction Ceremony

Phi Gamma Sigma, the international professional society for doctoral graduates of NSU’s Fischler School of Education and Human Services, held its third annual induction ceremony on Saturday, June 17.  A breakfast was held prior to commencement to formally induct 25 new members into the society. Over the course of three years, membership has grown to over 350 members.  Over 100 people were in attendance – including the inductees’ friends and family, sustaining Phi Gamma Sigma members, and NSU faculty, staff and administration.

The primary purpose of Phi Gamma Sigma is to celebrate the professional excellence of our outstanding doctoral graduates. Phi Gamma Sigma offers the Fischler School of Education and Human Services this opportunity to recognize its outstanding alumni who have excelled and made significant professional contributions.
