Fischler School Launches Doctor of Education Program in Malaysia

The Fischler School of Education and Human Services will expand its learning environment into the Southeast Asia region. On Dec. 14, a teleconferenced orientation marked the start of its first Doctor of Education program in Malaysia.

The program, the first of its kind offered by NSU in that area of the world, is designed in a cluster format delivering courses in a blended fashion by combining face-to-face meetings with online curriculum delivery through the NSU online platform using the latest technology. The goal is to offer doctoral level education to those professionals who want to advance their leadership skills in their fields. Currently, the program is made up of 15 students from Malaysia and Singapore.
