Fischler School of Education and Human Services Appoints Associate Dean of Master’s and Educational Specialist Programs

The Fischler School of Education and Human Services announced the appointment of Meline Kevorkian, Ed.D., to Associate Dean of Master's and Educational Specialist Programs. Kevorkian has been in the field of education since 1989. Her education includes a M.S. in Science Education from Florida International University and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Kevorkian’s experience includes teaching and administrative experience in both public and private school from preschool through the university level.

Kevorkian is also an applied dissertation chair and member, and instructor for several courses in Educational Leadership within the Fischler School. Additionally, she is a columnist at the Miami Herald. One of her greater passions in the field of education is to help children through offering easy advice to parents and educators.
