NSU Hosts Grades 6-12 Open House 1
p.m., Sunday, November 20
DAVIE, Fla. — Those interested in learning more
about one of South Florida’s premier college-preparatory
schools are invited to attend an Open House of University
School of Nova Southeastern University at 1:00 p.m. on
Sunday, Nov. 20.
The informational afternoon begins at the Noël
P. Brown Sports Center—at 36 th Street and 75 th
Avenue—and will showcase academics, athletics,
community service opportunities and fine arts programs
for children in grades 6 to 12.
Current and prospective families will have an opportunity
to see the facilities, hear directly from administration
and students, and learn about the curriculum from the
school’s instructors. Early admission testing will
be offered on Saturday, Dec. 3 to students who apply
for admission by Thursday, Dec. 1.
University School is a pre-kindergarten through 12
th grade independent, college preparatory school that
provides a challenging and personalized education within
a supportive environment for students of average to gifted
abilities. Our students are prepared for productive lives
and leadership roles through a program that focuses on
academic excellence, extracurricular participation and
service to others.
