FORT LAUDERDALE, FL- The new Institute for Special Needs Dentistry at NSU’s College of Dental Medicine was established to provide primary and tertiary oral health care services to disabled, frail or medically complex persons of any age.
The Institute will assist dentists in treating patients with developmental and acquired disabilities, as well as those long-standing patients who have become too frail or ill to continue their dental care in the community. The Institute welcomes referrals from the community.
