Communication with Members
Enhance communication with members of your organization by using an electronic mailing list (listserv) or a bulletin board (web board). NSU student organization presidents may request a listserv for their group. Faculty advisors must request a web board for student organizations.
Web Page Hits
You can track the number of hits your NSU student organization web site receives by placing a counter on its pages or use OIT's hit count utility (Web Tally) that provides hits for the previous month.
Creating Online Forms
Your student organization can create submittal forms within their web sites. Using NSU's version of FormMail, you can create request for information forms or forms to collect information from prospective members. Please Note: Do not ask for or require users to enter sensitive data using an online form. Information collected using an online form is not secure or encrypted.
