IMPORTANT: Lead time required for video conferencing requests in Videoconferencing rooms: Requests for videoconferencing services in videoconferencing rooms must be submitted 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
Lead time required for non-video conferencing rooms: Requests for video conferencing services in non-video conferencing rooms must be submitted 48 hours prior to the start of the event. The room reservation must include 2 hours of setup time prior to the start of the event for the installation and testing of the portable VC system.
Lead time required for videoconferencing requests including a non-NSU participant/location: Requests for videoconferencing services with non-NSU participants/locations must be submitted 5 days prior to the start of the event.
Cancellations & Changes to previous requests: If your event is cancelled for any reason or you need to make changes to your request after the request form has been completed, please send an email to email@example.com to notify our department of the cancellation or change. We will then make the appropriate notifications and/or changes for your event and send you a confirmation.
