One Undergraduate Level

The One Undergraduate Level Project is a conversion project to reconfigure the SunGard SCT Banner system to use a single undergraduate level code for identifying students and courses; and to migrate to a single baseline charge for all undergraduates for Nova Southeastern University.

The primary objectives of the project are:

  • To convert multiple undergraduate levels (F9, H1, O3, U1, U2, U3, N1, and U4) into a single undergraduate level “UG” in the Banner database.
  • To have one baseline tuition and fees for all undergraduates, this would be the highest NSU rate for undergraduates adjusted appropriately for each of the other undergraduate programs.
  • To incorporate the conversion results into all departmental procedures, process, reports, views, and Banner interfaces.

A cross functional project team has been formed with representatives from Student Financial Services & Registration, Office of Information Technologies, Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences, Allied Health & Nursing, Fischler School of Education & Human Services, W. Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship, and University Research & Planning.
