Project Management oversees the implementation of information technology administrative software systems, technology solutions, major SunGard SCT Banner upgrades, and external interface systems as well as the implementation activities of administrative technology projects for academic and administrative systems.
Project management monitors project progress, requests, schedules and coordinates the team effort and resources (equipment, databases, etc.); and functions as the primary liaison between the project team, university, and external consultants.
