Law Alumnus Wins Local Mayoral Election

Law class of 2000 alumnus Andrew Dickman, who has been very helpful in trying to ensure that new development does not harm the existing residential neighborhoods in Miami-Dade County, won the mayoral election for El Portal on Nov. 3. El Portal is a “village” just north of downtown Miami and is one of the areas near the city experiencing rapid growth.
