MIBA students attend field seminar in Mexico
Students in the Master of International Business Administration Program at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship recently attended a week-long International Field Seminar held in Monterrey, Mexico. The group of 18 students attended lectures on doing business in Mexico, including a focus on the challenges that Mexican management faces in the 21st Century. During the March 28–April 2 trip, company visits were made to CEMEX, VIMOSA, Cerveceria Cuahutemoc Moctezuma, GALVAK, and BENAVIDES. The trip was organized by Ruth Clarke, in conjunction with EGADE, Tecnologico de Monterrey. The “Tec” is well-known as a leading school in South and Central America, frequently attaining the top status in the region.
