Melissa Batie Named Head Women's Volleyball Coach
Batie comes to NSU after serving as an assistant coach at Wake Forest University since January, 2003. A native of Miami, Batie brings a wealth of coaching experience to the NSU women's volleyball program, having coached for over a decade on a variety of levels. "We are very excited to have Melissa lead the NSU women's volleyball program as her experience at the NCAA Division I level and at the elite club level certainly elevates our program instantly," said Mominey. "Melissa's recruiting experience is second to none. She will work to bring the best student-athletes into our program and take NSU women's volleyball to a new level. Our goal together is to make NSU volleyball competitive nationally over the next few years." To read more about Batie, visit http://nsuathletics.nova.edu/news.cfm?Num=1555
